- Job Summary
- We are seeking a dynamic and motivated B2B Sales Executive with experience in solar structure sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for renewable energy. You will be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and achieving business growth targets.
- Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard potential business clients across commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors for solar-based structures.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Deliver presentations and product demonstrations showcasing benefits, ROI, and applications of solar-based structures.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements in line with company policies.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry demands to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and client feedback to management.
- Qualifications & Skills
- Education: BBA / MBA / Mechanical Engineering / or relevant field.
- Experience: 1–3 years in B2B sales (preferred: renewable energy, construction, or infrastructure sectors).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability in lead generation, deal closure, and client relationship management.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
