Job Title: B2B Sales Executive Solar Structures

Location: Uttar Pradesh

Employment Type: Full-Time (9:00 AM 7:00 PM)

Experience Required: 13 years (Solar Industry Mandatory)

Qualifications: BBA / MBA / Mechanical Engineering / Related Field

About the Role:-

We are looking for a B2B Sales Executive with mandatory solar industry experience to drive sales of our solar-based structures. The candidate must have a strong background in solar structure sales, excellent business development skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships across industrial, commercial, and institutional sectors.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Identify and onboard potential clients for solar-based structures (commercial, industrial, institutional).
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned targets.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations highlighting the ROI of solar structures.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts, pricing, and agreements in line with company policies.
  • Stay updated with solar industry trends, competitor activities, and market needs.
  • Provide sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback to management.

Requirements:-

  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in Solar Sales (mandatory).
  • Strong background in B2B Sales within the solar/renewable energy sector.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, MBA, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and closing abilities.
