Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pre-Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales cycle by providing technical expertise, crafting compelling solutions, and aligning client needs with Zensars service offerings. This role requires a blend of technical acumen, business understanding, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and develop tailored IT solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Lead RFP/RFI responses, including solution design, effort estimation, and pricing strategy.
  • Work closely with delivery and technical teams to ensure feasibility and alignment of proposed solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Support marketing initiatives by contributing to case studies, white papers, and webinars.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT services pre-sales, solution architecture, or consulting.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT services including cloud, digital transformation, application development, and managed services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple opportunities and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Experience with tools like MS PowerPoint, Excel, CRM platforms, and proposal management systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with global clients across industries such as BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing, or Healthcare.
  • Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or enterprise applications (SAP, Oracle).
  • Prior experience in a similar role within a mid to large-sized IT services company.
