Role Title: Growth Partner – AI SaaS StartupReports to:Founder & Product Strategy LeadEngagement Type:Freelance / Part-time (with potential to convert)Fixed Monthly Retainer + Success-BonusLocation:Remote (India) / flexible with occasional sync-upsRole PurposeYou will become the growth lead for Versalence Infocomm Private Limited's brand presence, lead-generation engine and marketing momentum. Using AI tools, you will build our brand, create content, run small-budget campaigns, optimise workflows, perform SEO & competitor-analysis, contribute to strategy discussions, and feed qualified leads into the pipeline for ourAI Automation,Conversational AI, andAgentic AIservices.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop a 90-day marketing & growth plan aligned with Versalence's offering: AI Automation, Conversational AI, Agentic AI for SMBs/mid-sized enterprises.Own and execute social media content (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, select B2B forums) – weekly posts, case-studies, founder insights, "how-we-solve" pieces.Create and optimise landing page(s) for Versalence's services: capturing leads, integrating form → CRM/follow-up workflow.Run a monthly campaign for awareness + lead capture (social ads, retargeting, ad creative + copy).Use AI tools to generate content (copy, visuals), design ad creatives, and automate posting/scheduling workflow.Perform SEO and competitor-analysis :Conduct keyword research and identify content/market gaps.Analyze competitors' online presence, SEO positioning, content strategy, backlink profile and derive actionable insights.Work with website/UX team to optimise on-page elements (meta tags, headers, URLs) and technical SEO improvements.Monitor and analyse KPIs: leads generated, cost per lead, conversion (lead → qualified meeting), organic traffic growth, SEO metrics and report regularly.Collaborate with founder/product-strategy & support team to refine messaging, case-studies, packaging of services.Optimize workflows: lead capture → qualification → CRM hand-off, automation of follow-ups.Provide monthly growth retrospective: what worked, what didn't, proposed optimisations.Participate in periodic strategy discussions: market positioning, channel prioritisation, brand differentiation, competitor response.Compensation StructureFixed Retainer: Monthly fee (negotiable, aligned with startup budget)Success Bonus: Tied to leads/appointments generated or deals closed from leads generated (e.g., ₹X per qualified meeting, or % of first-month revenue)Review: After 3 months, evaluation to extend engagement or convert to part-time/full-time based on performance.Key Metrics / Success CriteriaMinimum number of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) each month (e.g., 10-20 qualified leads)Cost per lead (CPL) within set budget (e.g., < ₹500-₹1000/lead initially)Conversion rate of lead → demo/meeting (target e.g., 20-30%)Growth of brand presence: LinkedIn followers, engagement rate, website visits up ~X% month-over-monthOrganic search traffic growth + improved ranking for target keywords (via SEO efforts)Campaign ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) for paid campaignsClean hand-off to sales/engineering for demonstration of Versalence's solutions with minimal frictionCandidate Profile & Skills2-5 years in B2B marketing/growth (preferably SaaS/tech or AI domain) OR a young growth-hacker willing to show high output.Comfortable with lean budgets, agile methods, wearing many hats (content creator, ad-operator, automation setup, SEO/analysis).Familiarity or curiosity with AI marketing tools (generative content, design, automation) and social media for B2B.Good written + verbal communication—able to convert technical value of "AI Automation / Conversational AI / Agentic AI" into simple, compelling messages.Data-driven mindset: track metrics, experiment, optimise.Competent with SEO fundamentals and competitor/market-analysis techniques.Self-starter, minimal supervision, can work remotely, deliver reliably.Bonus: prior experience with LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads (for B2B), landing page optimisation, lead capture workflows, CRM integration, analytics tools.What We OfferOwnership of the growth channel for Versalence — your work directly impacts company revenue trajectory.Opportunity to build brand in the AI domain; strong visibility and references for future.Flexible, remote-friendly arrangement.Performance-based upside via bonus and potential longer-term role.We look forward to hearing from you — tell us why you're the right person to engage with and how your skills, experience, and network will help you succeed in this role. - Write to and if we find your thought process interesting - we will reach out
