Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Growth Partner to support our sales team in driving lead generation, client engagement, and overall business growth activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, generate, and qualify potential leads

  • Support sales team with outreach, demos, and follow-ups

  • Maintain CRM records and prepare basic reports

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client communication

Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Basic understanding of sales processes

  • Knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools is an advantage
