About the Role

We're looking for a Partner Support Executive – Credit Card to manage partner communications, handle escalations, and ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners. This role is crucial in maintaining service excellence, and ensuring accurate reporting on daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Address and resolve partner queries promptly and professionally through calls and WhatsApp.
  • Manage and handle escalations related to partner interactions and service complaints.
  • Prepare daily summary reports to track partner's daily performance and share with them.
  • Proactively communicate key Dos and Don'ts to partners to minimize service issues and enhance partner experience.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-ups on all partner-related actions.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle time-sensitive escalations effectively.
  • Proficiency in using WhatsApp and basic spreadsheet/reporting tools (Excel or Google Sheets).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in customer or partner support roles (preferably in fintech, banking, or service operations) is a plus.
