Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Marketing Executive to manage marketing activities and coordination with channel partners in the real estate sector. The role includes supporting channel partner engagement, handling marketing communication, organizing events, and ensuring effective promotion of real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and broker networks.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, and project launches with channel partners.
  • Provide channel partners with updated marketing materials, brochures, pricing, and project details.
  • Plan and execute marketing activities such as events, meet-ups, and site visits.
  • Track partner performance and ensure consistent engagement to drive lead generation.
  • Maintain and update marketing reports, partner databases, and activity trackers.
  • Work closely with the sales and CRM teams to support conversion from partner-generated leads.
  • Handle digital marketing support such as social media coordination, basic content updates, and campaign follow-ups (if required).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate or channel partner management.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage events and promotional activities.
  • Good understanding of real estate marketing and market trends.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, basic CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Creative, organized, and proactive approach to marketing tasks.

Preferred Candidate:

  • Female candidates preferred.
  • Experience in builder marketing teams or channel partner ecosystems is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
