Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Manager located in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will prospect and generate new leads, build relationships with potential clients, and present English Partner's offerings effectively. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, leading a team of sales representatives, analyzing market trends, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The role will require collaboration with internal teams to optimize sales processes and continuously strive for the growth of the organization.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, client relationship management, and team leadership.
- Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relationships.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Knowledge of market trends and the ability to adapt strategies to meet business objectives.
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve individual and collective goals.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting to track progress and optimize performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Experience in the EdTech or language learning industry would be a strong advantage.
