Role Overview
We are seeking a
Client Partner / Senior Account Manager
to manage and grow relationships with
large enterprise customers
. This is a
senior strategic role
reporting directly to the
Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)
, responsible for driving client success, revenue growth, and long-term strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for key enterprise clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with delivery and solution teams to ensure exceptional service quality and performance.
  • Understand client needs deeply and translate them into actionable delivery and innovation roadmaps.
  • Prepare and deliver quarterly business reviews (QBRs), performance reports, and growth plans.
  • Support proposal creation, pricing, and solutioning for new business within assigned accounts.
  • Monitor account health, risk, and satisfaction, ensuring renewals and long-term retention.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal leadership to drive operational excellence and customer success.

Desired Background & Skills

  • 8–15 years of experience in client partner / account management roles.
  • Proven track record in driving account growth and client satisfaction.
  • Strong exposure to the services industry — preferably BPO, KPO, ITES, or SaaS environments.
  • Familiarity with marketplaces, e-commerce, or digital operations is a strong plus.
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels, managing C-suite relationships while driving delivery excellence.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Engineering, or related fields preferred.
