Job Title: Client Partner
Location: Bangalore
Position Overview:
The Client Partner will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring client satisfaction within their designated accounts. This role requires a blend of strategic sales expertise, consultative selling skills, and a deep understanding of the IT Services landscape. The Client Partner will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of services and solutions that meet client objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, developing and maintaining strong relationships at all organizational levels.
Understand clients' business goals, challenges, and IT needs, positioning the company as a trusted advisor.
Revenue Growth and Account Expansion:
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to expand service offerings and increase revenue.
Develop and execute account strategies to achieve growth targets, including upselling and cross-selling services.
Strategic Account Planning:
Create and implement detailed account plans, focusing on long-term client success and growth.
Monitor and analyze account performance, ensuring alignment with client objectives and making adjustments to meet business targets.
Service Delivery Oversight:
Collaborate with project managers, delivery teams, and technical experts to ensure high-quality delivery that meets or exceeds client expectations.
Address any delivery challenges or escalations, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure alignment on client strategies and opportunities.
Participate in developing proposals and presentations for prospective client meetings and account reviews.
Client Satisfaction and Retention:
Regularly engage with clients to gather feedback and assess satisfaction with the company's services.
Proactively identify and address potential risks to client relationships, implementing retention strategies as needed.
Market and Industry Insight:
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to better serve clients and inform strategic account decisions.
- Provide insights and guidance to clients, leveraging industry knowledge to add value and foster partnership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in account management or client-facing roles within IT Services or consulting.
- Must have US Market Experience
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and client satisfaction targets.
- Strong understanding of IT Services, including software development, cloud services, data analytics, and digital transformation.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.
- Must have travelled to US (B1 Visa)
