Were looking for a Technical Project Manager with technical depth, organizational excellence, and leadership skills to manage end-to-end website development and implementation projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Project Ownership : Lead and manage multiple website design and development projects from planning to delivery across HubSpot CMS, WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, and Wix.
  • Technical Expertise : Collaborate with developers and designers to define architecture, workflow, and implementation strategy for CMS-based and custom-built websites.
  • Quality Management : Establish and enforce coding standards, QA processes, web performance benchmarks, and responsive design best practices.
  • Client Communication : Act as the primary technical liaison between clients and internal teams. Translate business requirements into actionable tasks.
  • Timeline & Resource Planning : Create project timelines, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure projects meet deadlines and quality expectations.
  • Server & Hosting Oversight : Oversee hosting setup, domain configuration, DNS management, SSL implementation, and website deployment processes.
  • Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, introduce automation tools, and improve project delivery efficiency.
  • Emerging Tech Awareness : Stay updated with the latest web trends, technologies, frameworks, and CMS advancements.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Coordinate between developers, designers, marketers, and QA engineers to ensure seamless delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Technologies, or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience managing website development projects (CMS-based and custom).
  • Strong understanding of HubSpot CMS, WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, and Wix.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and backend technologies (PHP, , or equivalent) preferred.
  • Experience with website hosting platforms (e.g., cPanel, AWS, DigitalOcean, or HubSpot hosting).
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices, website performance optimization, and web accessibility standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving attitude with a focus on delivering quality and performance
