We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technology projects from initiation through delivery. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in managing Agile and/or hybrid project environments. This role will partner closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Delivery :

  • Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, tracking, and delivery across multiple technical initiatives.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks and timelines.

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with engineering, product, QA, data, and business teams to define project goals and deliverables.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders through reports and dashboards.
  • Facilitate alignment across teams, ensuring transparency and Expertise :
  • Understand system architecture, APIs, data flows, and integration dependencies.
  • Participate in technical discussions, helping teams unblock issues and clarify requirements.
  • Work with architects/engineers to validate feasibility and estimate effort.

Agile & Process Management

  • Lead Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, grooming, retros).
  • Ensure teams adhere to Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain project documentation, release notes, and change logs.

Risk & Issue Management

  • Identify project risks early and create mitigation plans.
  • Proactively manage issues, dependencies, and resource constraints.
  • Ensure project delivery quality through testing coordination and acceptance criteria alignment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3- 7+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Scrum Master, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), cloud systems, APIs, and DevOps concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or Trello.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, or other project management certifications.
  • Experience working with distributed or global engineering teams.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices architecture.
  • Experience in SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, or enterprise software environments.
