Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle outbound/inbound international calls to existing or potential customers.
  • Upsell and cross-sell company products or services to maximize revenue.
  • Build strong customer relationships through effective communication and persuasion.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience with every interaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English (no MTI influence).

  • Minimum 6 months 2 years of experience in international voice process (preferred).

  • Freshers are also eligible to apply with excellent communication.

  • Strong sales orientation and ability to handle objections confidently.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a positive, energetic attitude.
  • Ability to work in night shifts and meet performance goals.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
