Job Title: Recruiter (Volume Hiring)

Location: Bengaluru

Employment Type: Full-Time (6 Days Working)

Experience Level: Fresher / Experienced (Only candidates with volume hiring experience will be considered)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, primarily focusing on volume hiring. This role involves sourcing candidates through job portals, cold calling, and achieving monthly hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen candidates through various job portals (e.g., Naukri, Shine, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Conduct cold calling and engage potential candidates to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases regularly.
  • Work towards achieving monthly recruitment targets within defined timelines.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates.
  • Maintain effective communication and relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline.

  • Experience:

  • Fresher with strong communication skills can apply.

  • Candidates with experience in volume hiring (BPO, sales, field roles, etc.) will be given preference.

  • Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proactive, target-driven, and self-motivated.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Flexible to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Compensation: As per industry standards + Performance Incentives
