Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls, from customers regarding broadband and Wi-Fi issues.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot basic connectivity problems such as slow speed, disconnections, router configuration, and signal issues.
  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and ensure issues are resolved within SLA.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support when required.
  • Document all customer interactions and solutions accurately in the ticketing system.
  • Maintain a professional, empathetic, and positive approach with every customer interaction.
  • Adhere to UK shift timings and rotational schedules, including weekends and week-offs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Basic knowledge of broadband technologies, Wi-Fi routers, modems, and network troubleshooting.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts (UK hours) and handle high-pressure situations.
  • Proficiency in using computers, CRM, and ticketing tools.
  • Minimum qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma (preferably in IT, Electronics, or related fields).

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in a technical support or ISP helpdesk role.
  • Understanding of LAN/WAN, IP addressing, and Wi-Fi security settings.
  • Familiarity with UK-based broadband services and terminology.
