We are seeking a
Business Development Professional

, with strong networking and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Lead Generation:
  • Identify and engage businesses looking for office space.
  • Build relationships with corporate clients, property owners, and developers.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and industry research.
  • Leasing & Advisory Services:
  • Understand client requirements for office spaces (size, location, budget, facilities).
  • Present suitable office properties and assist in site visits.
  • Negotiate lease terms, rent structures, and contract agreements.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Act as a leasing consultant, providing strategic office space solutions.
  • Guide clients through the leasing process from inquiry to contract signing.
  • Address concerns related to lease terms, market pricing, and property selection.
  • Market Analysis & Reporting:
  • Stay updated on office space demand, rental trends, and competitor activities.
  • Provide insights on market conditions to help clients make informed decisions.
  • Maintain a database of office leasing transactions and client interactions.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in
    office leasing, commercial real estate, or B2B sales
    .
  • Strong network in the corporate leasing and business real estate sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
  • Self-driven with a focus on achieving leasing targets.
