Department LeasingDesignation Associate Director - LeasingLocation Hyderabad Role & Responsibilitiesa. Responsible for identifying new business opportunities, business development, proposal development, and leading client pitches.b. Ensure accurate inputs for finalization of lease agreements and completion of lease documentation for closures and renewals/expansion with respect to the Client's office space requirementsc.

Build a network of Clients and Channel Partners to source business through both direct marketing and networking with IPCs in the local broker network.d. Request for Proposals (RFP) including the presentation and closure.e. Demonstrate strong business acumen, business development skills as well as proven leadership abilities in managing multiple projectsf.

Must possess excellent verbal, presentation, and communication skills to deliver brilliant customer service and manage key client relationships.g. Capable of pitching to and working alongside Senior Leadershiph. Experience working in Commercial Leasing.

- Ex-IPC/Developer side preferredSkillset requireda. Strong knowledge of property operationsb. The candidate must also demonstrate aptitude in client-centric operations.c.

Strong background in team management.d. Good research skills and attention to detaile. Leadership Abilityf.

Proven track record of large deals with MNCs / developers.g. Should have handled multiple leasing projectsh. Excellent relationship-building, presentation, communication, and deal analysis skills.

Experience (Years) requiredMinimum 10-14 years of experience in office Leasing & Business Development Qualificationa. Graduate with Sales & BD exposureb. Work Exp. with IPC/ Good commercial developer preferred.
