Reporting to: VP of Business Development
Role Overview:
The Business Development Executive will proactively generate leads, engage prospective tenants or landlords, and support closing of leasing deals, focusing on expanding the company's leasing portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, and engage potential clients for leasing opportunities through cold-calling, digital outreach, networking, and referrals.
 - Meet with CFOs and CEOs for leasing opportunities
 - Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to promote asset leasing.
 - Present leasing solutions tailored to client needs and requirements.
 - Arrange meetings between clients and internal teams.
 - Support negotiation of basic lease terms under manager supervision.
 - Maintain and update client and lead data in CRM/sales management tools.
 - Build and sustain relationships with new and existing clients, partners, and agents.
 - Assist in preparing proposals and required documentation for prospective clients.
 - Track and report on activity, leads, conversions, and market trends as directed.
 - Stay informed on industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activities.
 
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field preferred.
 - 1–4 years' experience in sales/business development, ideally in leasing/real estate.
 - Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
 - Proactive, persistent, and target-driven with attention to detail.
 - Strong organizational and time-management skills.
 - Basic negotiation and presentation abilities.
 - Comfort with CRM systems and basic office software.
