Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Sales Business Development Manager. The Sales Business Development Manager will oversee identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. Daily responsibilities include managing client relationships, prospecting potential markets, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role demands close collaboration with teams to meet organizational growth objectives while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Qualifications
- Proven business development and sales skills, including relationship management and client acquisition.
- Strategic planning capabilities, with expertise in market analysis and identifying growth opportunities.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to lead negotiations, present proposals, and foster team collaboration.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and sales software to streamline operations and track performance metrics.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience in the insurance or financial services sector is highly advantageous.
