We are seeking skilled Reservation Executives with expertise in global air ticketing to join our reservations team. The ideal candidates will be proficient in GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre, and have hands-on experience with online booking portals and low-cost carriers (LCC).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage flight reservations, including booking, amendments, and cancellations across multiple platforms.
  • Efficiently handle bookings through GDS systems and low-cost carriers.
  • Provide customers and sales teams with the best fare options and accurate quotations.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of airline schedules, fare rules, and industry regulations.
  • Coordinate with airlines and suppliers to resolve booking issues promptly.
  • Support the sales team with timely and precise ticketing services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or IATA certification with relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in GDS platforms like Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.
  • Experience in global air ticketing, online booking portals, and low-cost carrier reservations.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
