Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Reservations Supervisor, located in New Delhi. The Reservations Supervisor will oversee daily operations related to reservations, communicate with customers to ensure their satisfaction, provide excellent customer service, handle and resolve any issues, and train new team members. The role involves managing a team to meet performance standards and ensuring that all reservation procedures are accurately followed.

Qualifications

  • Experience in handling Reservations
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
  • Training skills to help develop team members
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Prior experience in a supervisory role is preferred with handling CRS system .
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is beneficial
  • Iata holders prefered woth work knowledge including refund , cancellation and reissues
