Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Reservations Officer based in New Delhi. The Reservations Officer will handle day-to-day tasks including managing bookings, assisting customers with inquiries, and ensuring smooth reservation processes. Key responsibilities include offering excellent customer service, collaborating with the sales team to maximize bookings, and updating systems with accurate reservation details. Maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with guests and stakeholders will be essential.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Reservations and Airline Ticketing processes
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Experience in Sales and the ability to upsell services effectively
  • Familiarity with booking systems and related software tools is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Relevant experience in travel, hospitality, or tourism industry is advantageous
