*Job Summary*
The position will support the HR team in executing core operational functions including recruitment support, onboarding, HRIS management, exit formalities, and backend administrative processes. This role is ideal for professional with strong organizational skills and attention to detail, looking to grow in HR operations & recruitment.

*Deliverables:*

  • Assist in recruitment activities including scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and maintaining recruitment data.
  • Manage onboarding processes for Full-Time Staff (FTS) and Consultants including documentation, orientation coordination.
  • Support exit formalities, including no dues clearance and documentation for FTS and Invoice based consultancy.
  • Prepare and track Exit Interview Matrix, Attrition Rate, etc. Reports.
  • Maintain and update HRIS software with employee data and changes, New Joiner.
  • Cross functional Coordination with Other Departments.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry in PAMMS and other HR systems
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
  • Any other work assigned by the supervisor.

*Qualification:
Essential:*

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

*Desirable*

  • MBA in HR or a relevant field.

*Experience:
Essential:*

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in HR operations or administrative HR roles
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

*Desirable:*

  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and recruitment processes.
