Job Title: HR Executive

Location: Delhi

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Experience: 1–3 years

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to handle end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and compliance support. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in HR functions and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and handle onboarding formalities.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Maintain employee records and attendance.
  • Address day-to-day employee queries professionally.
  • Assist in planning employee engagement activities and feedback sessions.

3. Payroll & Compliance Coordination:

  • Collate attendance data for payroll processing.
  • Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure timely salary disbursement.
  • Support statutory compliance documentation (ESI, PF, Gratuity, etc.).

4. HR Administration:

  • Maintain HR database and ensure accuracy of employee records.
  • Draft HR letters, memos, and maintain personal files.
  • Support in policy implementation and HR audits.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
  • 1–3 years of HR experience (preferably in recruitment and operations).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
  • Knowledge of basic labour laws and compliance will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
