Job Role: HR/Admin
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive HR/Admin Executive with strong hands-on experience in managing the day-to-day affairs of a small office. The ideal candidate should have solid HR knowledge, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to follow up effectively across teams and tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative functioning
· Handle end-to-end HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and basic payroll support
· Maintain employee records and ensure HR policies are followed
· Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and external stakeholders
· Manage office supplies, facilities, and general maintenance
· Handle scheduling, meeting arrangements, and communication follow-ups
· Support management with reporting and documentation when required
Requirements:
· Proven experience in handling day-to-day operations of a small office
· Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices
· Excellent coordination, communication, and follow-up skills
· Ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently
· Proactive, detail-oriented, and dependable
· Working knowledge of MS Office and basic HR tools/software
