Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admin & HR Assistant at Argentium International Pvt Ltd located in New Delhi. The Admin & HR Assistant will be responsible for performing administrative tasks, assisting with human resources functions, managing HR systems, and benefits administration. The role also involves coordinating training sessions and supporting HR management in various tasks.

Qualifications

  • Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
  • Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Benefits Administration
  • Proficiency in coordinating and managing Training sessions
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
