Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and driven Sales Executive – B2B (Online) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling B2B online sales, lead generation, and maintaining strong business relationships through digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
· Generate B2B leads through online channels like IndiaMART, TradeIndia, VistaPrint, Your Print.
· Manage and respond to product inquiries and customer communications.
· Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
· Negotiate pricing and terms with clients while maintaining profitability.
· Maintain and update sales records, client data, and communication logs.
· Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
· Provide excellent customer support to build long-term business relationships.
· Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
· Proven experience in B2B online sales, preferably in the apparel, luggage, or retail sector.
· Familiarity with online sales platforms (IndiaMART, TradeIndia, JustDial, etc.)
· Strong communication and negotiation skills.
· Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
· Proficiency in using basic productivity tools (Excel, Email, CRM).
Experience Required: 2 to 7 years
