Job Description:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visit prospective customers and dealers to present and promote marble products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, architects, and retailers.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Handle inquiries, provide product information, and follow up for order closures.
- Coordinate with the back-office team for order processing and delivery follow-ups.
- Maintain daily reports on client visits, sales leads, and pipeline.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of field sales experience, preferably in marbles, tiles, or building material industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and travel extensively within the Sahibabad and surrounding regions.
- Good knowledge of marble products, grades, and usage is a must.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with sales reporting tools.
