**About the Role**

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Sales Executive** to join our growing showroom team specializing in **tiles and adhesives**. This role involves **field-based sales**, **site mapping**, and **direct selling to end customers, builders, and contractors**. Ideal for individuals passionate about construction materials, interior finishes, and hands-on customer engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct **on-site visits** to construction projects, interior sites, and residential developments.
- Identify and map potential **sales opportunities** in the local market.
- Promote and sell a range of **tiles and adhesive solutions** to individual customers, contractors, builders, and architects.
- Build strong relationships with site engineers, project managers, and procurement teams.
- Provide product demonstrations and technical guidance as needed.
- Generate leads through cold calls, site visits, referrals, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the showroom and warehouse for timely order fulfilment and service support.
- Maintain records of sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends.
- **Experience**: 0-3 years in field sales, preferably in tiles, adhesives, or building materials.
- **Education**: Minimum 12th pass; Diploma or degree in marketing, construction, or related fields is a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel locally and work on-site.
- Basic technical understanding of construction sites is preferred.
