Sales Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue potential clients in various sectors, including QSR, pharmaceuticals, and automotive.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct client visits to showcase our products and highlight their benefits and USPs.
- Customer Understanding: Gain a deep understanding of the requirements and needs of customers to effectively meet their demands.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve any issues and problems of clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Communication Link: Act as a link between customers and internal teams, facilitating clear communication and collaboration.
- Negotiations: Negotiate contracts, prepare volume forecasts, and create sales plans.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
**Role Requirements**:
- Preferred: Bachelor’s/Master's degree and 2 to 6 years of relevant sales experience in an FMCG setting or relevant industry.
- Capable of taking charge and getting things done, while also working well with a wide variety of people.
- Strong analytical thinking and skills.
