The Tele sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling Aromaaz. International's products to potential customers over the phone, driving sales growth, and providing excellent customer service. This role involves identifying and reaching out to potential clients, nurturing leads, and converting them into sales.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Calls**: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and existing clients to promote and sell the range of Aromaaz International's products, including essential oils, carrier oils, and aromatherapy solutions.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Work closely with the sales team to strategize and optimize sales performance.
- **Follow-ups**: Follow up on leads generated through various channels, track the status of ongoing conversations, and ensure timely closure of sales.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales performance.
- **Market Insights**: Stay updated with market trends, competitor products, and industry developments to identify new sales opportunities.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Minimum high school diploma; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in tele sales or telemarketing, ideally in the FMCG, healthcare, or wellness sectors. Previous experience in selling essential oils or natural products is a plus.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
- **Sales Acumen**: Strong understanding of sales techniques, persuasion, and closing strategies. Ability to meet sales targets consistently.
- **Customer-Centric**: Strong customer service skills with a focus on meeting customer needs and providing solutions.
