**Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Qualification**: Identify and qualify potential customers through online portals, inbound inquiries, and cold outreach.
- **Sales Conversion**: Follow up on leads, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals efficiently.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales pipeline updates.
- **Coordination with Operations**: Work closely with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor pricing, and market demand.
- **Relationship Management**: Build long-term relationships with international buyers and distributors.
- **Sales Reporting**: Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, lead conversion rates, and customer feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in exports or B2B sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using Alibaba, Indiamart, and CRM tools.
- Basic understanding of essential oils, carrier oils, and cosmetic products (preferred but not mandatory).
- Self-motivated and result-driven approach.
