**Role Overview**:
We are looking for **field-based Sales Executives** to grow our footprint at KPKB outlets. The role involves **creating product demand**, **ensuring stock movement**, and **collecting payments on time**, while representing the **Exalon brand** professionally at police canteens across assigned regions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build strong relationships with KPKB canteen officers and staff to drive product demand.
- Actively promote **Exalon apparel and bags** in assigned canteens.
- Ensure regular stock placement and visibility of products.
- Track inventory levels and coordinate with backend team for timely replenishment.
- Collect and reconcile payments from canteens as per agreed terms.
- Maintain sales reports, payment records, and visit logs.
- Share market feedback and competitor activity insights regularly.
- Minimum Qualification: Graduation preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in KPKB (CPC), preferably selling apparels brand.
- Good communication and relationship management skills.
- Comfortable with regular travel within the assigned region.
- Reliable, proactive, and target-driven.
