Key Responsibilities:

Design & Project Management

  • Develop and present innovative interior design concepts aligned with client requirements and company standards.
  • Prepare detailed drawings, mood boards, layouts, and 3D presentations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.
  • Supervise site execution, coordinate with vendors, contractors, and project teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide design leadership to junior designers and ensure quality standards are met.

Sales & Business Development

  • Generate leads and actively participate in client acquisition for interior design projects.
  • Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and present customized design & costing solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure repeat business.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹80,000.00 per month
