Senior Electronics Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Electronic Engineer to design and develop electronic assembly of our machines (different kind of ultrasonic welding machines).

Require core deep electronic knowledge with R&D Experience.

The successful candidate will troubleshoot and test electronic issues, ensure quality and reliability, work on new machine projects and maintain accurate documentation. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop electronic circuits, PCBs, and firmware for our machines (different kind of ultrasonic welding machines).
• Headover Reasearch & Development Department engineers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electronic components with mechanical and software components.
• Troubleshoot and test electronic components and systems to ensure high-quality performance and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards for electronic components and systems.
• Implement quality control measures to minimize defects and improve overall performance.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of electronic designs, testing procedures, and troubleshooting methods.
• Provide technical support and maintenance guidance to production and service teams.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in ultrasonic welding technology and electronic components.

Requirements:

• Diploma or ITI in Electronics Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in designing and developing electronic components for industrial applications, preferably in ultrasonic welding machines.
• Strong understanding of electronic circuits, PCB design, and firmware development.
• Proficiency in CAD software, such as Altium or Eagle.
• Familiarity with programming languages like C++, Python, or MATLAB.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
