Regional Sales Manager

Position Overview:
The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall business operations of the automobile division, including sales, service, production, supply chain, and profitability. This role requires strong leadership, industry knowledge, and strategic planning capabilities to drive business growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:1. Business Operations & Strategy
- Develop and implement business strategies to meet company goals.
- Oversee end-to-end operations, including sales, service, manufacturing, and distribution.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
2. Sales & Marketing Management
- Drive sales targets for vehicles, parts, and services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create branding and promotional strategies.
- Build strong relationships with dealerships, suppliers, and key clients.
3. Production & Supply Chain
- Coordinate with manufacturing teams to ensure productivity and quality standards.
- Manage procurement, vendor relations, and supply chain efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
4. Financial & Budget Control
- Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Monitor P&L, cost control, and resource utilization.
- Achieve monthly and annual revenue and profit targets.
5. Team Leadership & HR Coordination
- Lead teams across departments – sales, service, production, logistics, and admin.
- Set performance goals and conduct staff evaluations.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
6. Compliance & Customer Experience
- Ensure adherence to company policies, government regulations, and industry standards.
- Improve customer satisfaction through high service quality.
- Address escalations and implement corrective actions where needed.
- Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in the automobile industry.
- Minimum 5 years in a senior managerial/leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of automotive operations, dealership management, or manufacturing.
