About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-commerce Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of our online business. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning across product listings, order processing, inventory management, logistics, and customer satisfaction, while continuously improving efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:1. Operations Management

  • Manage and monitor end-to-end e-commerce operations including order fulfillment, returns, logistics, and inventory.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
  • Maintain smooth order flow across all online platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Website, etc.).
  • Analyze operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements.

2. Inventory & Product Management

  • Oversee inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
  • Manage SKU setup, product uploads, and ensure accurate pricing and descriptions.
  • Work with merchandising and supply chain teams to forecast demand and avoid stockouts.

3. Vendor & Marketplace Coordination

  • Manage daily operations on various marketplaces and e-commerce channels.
  • Coordinate with category managers and account managers from platforms to drive sales and solve operational issues.
  • Ensure compliance with each marketplace's operational policies and SLA requirements.

4. Customer Experience

  • Monitor customer feedback and ensure timely resolution of complaints and returns.
  • Work with the customer service team to enhance buyer satisfaction and reduce cancellation rates.

5. Data & Reporting

  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales, orders, returns, and inventory.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and suggest business growth strategies.
  • Track performance metrics (KPIs) for operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management.
  • Strong knowledge of major marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, etc.) and their seller panels.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and reporting tools.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in logistics coordination, warehouse operations, and inventory systems preferred.
