Job description:

  • Coordination of all marketing materials and brand marketing plans.
  • Develop & manage key relationships with key customers.
  • Lead in the development of sales & marketing strategy.
  • Implement & report on S&M strategy progress.
  • Social media strategy and implementation.
  • Engaging with key stakeholders within the business and externally in relation to sales and marketing functions.
  • Taking a significant role in the identification and development of new products & assessment of current range performance.
  • Developing internal and external marketing materials and initiatives.
  • Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support
  • Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
  • Identify the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets

CANDIDATE SHOULD BE WITH BACKGROUND IN METALS & ALLOYS, ELECTRONICS INDUSTRY/NUCLEAR INDUSTRY/DEFENCE & AEROSPACE INDUSTRY/OPTICAL INDUSTRY/COOKWARE INDUSTRY, WITH PROVEN EXPERIENCE 8-10 YEARS AS SALES & MARKETING HEAD.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Metallurgy, Materials Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
