  1. Tender Management

  2. Identify and track relevant tenders on government portals like IREPS, GeM, SRM, MES etc.

  3. Register the company on new tender portals as required.
  4. Download tender documents, study eligibility criteria, and prepare compliance checklists.
  5. Coordinate with internal teams (Technical, Commercial, Legal) for document preparation.
  6. Submission of bids (Technical & Financial) before deadlines.

  7. Handle online/offline tender submissions including e-Reverse Auctions.

  8. GeM Portal Handling

  9. Product/service listing, updating specifications and pricing.

  10. Bid participation, documentation, and responding to RA/BOQ on GeM.

  11. Monitoring bid outcomes and raising queries if needed.

  12. Bank Guarantee (BG) Work

  13. Coordinate for preparation, submission, and renewal of Bank Guarantees (Performance, EMD, etc.).

  14. Maintain and update BG Register / Sheet with all due dates and values.

  15. Follow up with banks and clients for BG release and compliance.

  16. Quotation & Billing

  17. Prepare and send quotations to clients based on inquiry.

  18. Coordinate with Accounts/Finance for invoice and billing documentation.

  19. Track payment status, follow up with clients, and maintain billing records.

  20. Sales Funnel & MIS Reporting

  21. Maintain and update Sales Funnel Sheet with lead status, stage, and value.

  22. Generate periodic reports for management review.

  23. Analyze win/loss ratio, quote-to-order conversion rates.

  24. Coordination & Communication:

  25. Liaise with clients, government departments, and internal teams.

  26. Attend pre-bid meetings (virtually or physically).
  27. Maintain professional communication and timely follow-up

  • Key Skills Required:
  • Strong knowledge of Government Tendering Process (especially Railways/PSUs).
  • Experience with IREPS, GeM, SRM portals is mandatory.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PDF tools.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and attention to detail.

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Engineering, Commerce, or Business).
  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing or related field is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹50,000.00 per month
