Telesales Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to generate new clients for our website development services. The candidate will be responsible for manually dialing numbers from Google Maps leads, engaging with prospects in the USA and Canada, and achieving monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manually dial and connect with potential clients using leads sourced from Google Maps and other medium.
• Present website development services confidently and professionally.
• Explain offerings, answer queries, and persuade clients to consider our services.
• Maintain accurate call records and daily reporting.
• Work towards achieving defined sales targets.

Requirements

• Prior telesales/telecalling experience (IT/website sales background)
• Strong English communication skills (speaking & listening).
• Ability to engage confidently with USA & Canada customers.
• Must be comfortable working in night shift.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined.

• Compensation: Fixed salary + attractive incentives on sales

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
