Sales Manager – Chennai (Zero Gravity)What You'll Do
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to boost revenue and achieve business goals.
- Lead, inspire, and manage the sales team while tracking performance through KPIs.
- Set clear individual targets and ensure success through motivation, training, and guidance.
- Identify new business opportunities and build long-lasting client relationships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive lead generation and brand visibility.
- Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth coordination with the head office.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 2 to 10 years in sales management (preferably in dynamic, fast-paced industries).
- Skills: Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication abilities to inspire results.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Google Sheets & Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Languages: Comfortable in English & Tamil for seamless client and team interaction.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
