The Software Sales Manager – Field (B2B & B2C) is responsible for driving revenue growth by managing the full sales lifecycle for both business clients (B2B) and individual customers (B2C) within a defined region. The role requires extensive field work including direct client interactions, on-site product demonstrations, territory development, and long-term relationship management. This is a high-impact position suitable for professionals with strong interpersonal skills, a consultative sales approach, and proven experience in both business and consumer markets.
Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute a field sales plan to drive B2B and B2C software product sales.
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through field visits, events, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Manage the complete sales process – from lead qualification to demo, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
2. B2B Sales Management
- Engage with decision-makers across small, medium, and enterprise businesses.
- Conduct client meetings to understand business needs and recommend customized software solutions.
- Build long-term relationships with key accounts to drive upsell and retention.
3. B2C Sales Management
- Identify and engage high-potential individual consumers through events, walk-ins, partnerships, and local outreach.
- Provide personalized consultations and demos to showcase product benefits.
- Follow up with prospects to convert interest into sales and ensure onboarding.
4. Territory Development
- Actively map the assigned territory to identify new markets and segments.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, roadshows, and community events to increase brand visibility.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
5. Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data on leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Provide regular reports and forecasts to the Sales Head.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, product, support) for smooth implementation and feedback loops.

Pay: ₹239, ₹800,000.00 per year
