Role & responsibilities
We undertake Pipeline & Fire Protection contracts on turnkey basis & have about 20 projects in operation. For each Project record as detailed are to be maintained. Potential candidate are responsible for the following :
a. Updating on weekly basis the material dispatched to each Project.
b. Preparation of GST Invoice ( R,A) on Tally with each dispatch or on consolidated basis monthly basis.
c. Reconciliation of material dispatched with preparation of variation statement.
d. Reconciling of RA Invoices raised & prepare the Final Invoice.
e. Checking of sub contractors RA Invoice with reconciliation during Final Invoice.
f. Preparation of Handing Over Documents on project completion.
g. Keeping record of Test Certificates of material dispatched.
h. Commercials related on receiving order from Client.
i. Uploading of Invoice on GST Portal.
j. Upload Invoice on Client's portal.
k. Generate E Way Bill.
Preferred candidate profile
a. Experience in material reconciliation.
b. Experience in Invoice & E Way bill generation.
c. Good Knowledge of operating Tally.
d. Very good knowledge of Excel.
e. Good knowledge of English.
f. Experience in Accounts department.
Should be capable of handling the above responsibilities.
