Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Executive located in Delhi. The Commercial Executive will be responsible for managing commercial activities, following up with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring effective communication across different channels. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing commercial management processes, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Commercial Management and overall commercial activities
  • Strong skills in Following Up and maintaining client relationships
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and client satisfaction
  • Ability to work on-site in Delhi
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is beneficial
  • Proven experience in the HVAC industry is a plus
