Location: NSP, Delhi (with operations in Delhi/NCR, Chandigarh, Ludhiana & Dehradun)

With a strong presence across Delhi/NCR, Chandigarh, Ludhiana, and Dehradun, we specialize in pre-construction projects from top developers such as DLF, Godrej, Lodha, Emaar, Experion, BPTP, and County Group
. We also deal in commercial leasing, property sales, and investments, helping clients find the best opportunities in real estate.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing residential & commercial properties.
  • Conduct property showings, site visits, and client meetings.
  • Negotiate deals and ensure smooth closure of transactions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
  • Stay updated with market trends, new launches, and project developments.

Requirements

  • Graduate (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about real estate.
  • Prior sales/real estate experience is a plus (freshers with strong motivation are welcome).
  • Own vehicle preferred.
