Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Back-end Data & Calling Specialist located in Delhi, India. The Back-end Data & Calling Specialist will be responsible for managing data, making and receiving calls, and providing administrative support. Day-to-day tasks will include data entry, data analysis, maintaining databases, and ensuring accuracy of information. Additionally, the role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing client queries, and providing necessary information and support.

• Experience in Data Entry and maintaining databases
• Excellent communication skills for handling inbound and outbound calls
• Administrative support skills including attention to detail and organization skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
