Senior Wellness Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned executive to drive our wellness strategy and commercial growth across Telehealth services.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Growth & Development:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan for the expansion of Telehealth services with a focus on revenue growth, market penetration, and strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities, optimize sales strategies, and enhance client relationships.
  • Leverage industry insights to inform pricing strategies, product development, and marketing initiatives that drive customer engagement and retention.
Client Engagement & Partnerships:
  • Nurture high-value client relationships from initial prospecting through to closing and long-term account management.
  • Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in large organizations, including ship owners, corporate health partners, and insurance providers.
  • Represent the organization in executive meetings, industry forums, and events, positioning the brand as a premium, scalable wellness partner.
Digital Commercial Expansion:
  • Drive user adoption, monetization, and revenue growth across Telehealth platforms.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to optimize platform offerings for target clients, improve conversion paths, and scale recurring revenue models.
  • Leverage analytics and platform insights to inform pricing strategies, digital campaign ROI, and service packaging.
Sales Enablement & Optimization:
  • Establish and manage dashboards for sales KPIs, deal velocity, win rates, and revenue forecasting.
  • Ensure strong CRM discipline and data accuracy across all stages of the sales funnel.
  • Deliver clear, data-driven insights to senior stakeholders, enabling faster decisions and resource alignment.
Commercial Strategy & Execution:
  • Lead preparation of commercial proposals, pricing models, and pitch presentations tailored for enterprise and institutional clients.
  • Drive executive-level meetings and business reviews, clearly communicating ROI, strategic value, and implementation plans.
  • Ensure proposals are backed by strong business cases and align with organizational operational strengths and delivery capabilities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Innovation:
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability across functions to deliver client impact at scale.
  • Proactively refine sales playbooks, pricing approaches, and partner models to adapt to changing market dynamics.
  • Continuously scan for global innovations in mental wellness, digital care, and workforce wellbeing to keep the organization ahead of the curve.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in healthcare, wellness, maritime, or service-based industries.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, client management, and team leadership.
  • Strong ability to drive strategy and execution with clear commercial outcomes.
  • Exposure to maritime or remote workforce wellness.
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms or wellness services.
