**Job Title:** Associate Director – Digital Transformation CoE
We are seeking a seasoned leader to join our team. This exciting role covers strategy, proposition/program design and management, ecosystem development, building teams and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop key offerings of the Centre for Digital Transformation (CDT) - from ideation, research, program design, incubation and pilot initiatives to stabilizing them.
- Identify and build partnerships with individuals and organisations for scaling the programme.
- Drive successful implementation of CDT's initiatives within budget and timeline.
- Participate in strategic planning, budgeting and ongoing governance of CDT.
- Create thought leadership content.
Requirements:
- Around 15 years of overall experience, with at least 7+ years in the social impact sector.
- Deep experience in strategy design, organisation set-up, capability development and delivering strong business/functional outcomes.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen/orientation.
- Proven track record in nurturing solid partnerships across stakeholders.
- Empathetic people leader with experience in recruiting and leading high-performance teams.
