Business Enablement Specialist-NRI

Role Overview:
The Business Enablement Specialist will be responsible for developing and expanding the NRI ecosystem at AssetPlus. This role will focus on enabling our partners to effectively acquire, manage, and grow their NRI clientele by driving cross-functional collaboration, building scalable sales enablement programs, and ensuring operational excellence in onboarding and servicing.
Responsibilities
- Develop the NRI ecosystem at AssetPlus
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth onboarding, transactions, and reporting for NRIs.
- Build sales enablement initiatives to help partners acquire and grow their NRI business.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of initiatives and activities.
- Drive tangible and sustainable growth of the NRI business as per company-defined metrics.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, wealth management, or partner/channel enablement roles within the financial services or fintech space.
- Strong understanding of NRI investment regulations, financial products, and market dynamics.
- Proven ability to coordinate across teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and convert them into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skill
