Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist located in Chennai. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, conducting market research, developing customer service strategies, and analyzing business opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients, initiating client contact, maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with legal advisers to ensure successful immigration processes.

Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills for evaluating business opportunities and market trends
  • Strong Communication skills for client interactions and relationship management
  • Lead Generation and Market Research skills for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Customer Service skills for providing comprehensive support to clients
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team of legal advisers
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the immigration industry is a plus
